SZDT Entertainment Company, LLC was formed in early 2006 with one idea in mind: To provide entertaining programming that is unique and different, while at the same time, addressing the taste of the viewing public.

    Series like The Weekenders Golf Tour provide just this.  A weekly golf tournament, filmed at various beautiful golf resorts nationwide, that is unlike any "Golf Show" ever seen.  Contestants are chosen from a pool of applicants with one rule remaining constant - All players are "Regular-Joe" Weekend Golfers.  You and me.  Folks that enjoy hitting the links with a six-pack and a fun-loving attitude.  When placed in a tournament setting, however, sparks can fly, and usually do.  More often than not, so do golf balls... Into homes, lakes, and in some cases, they fly nowhere!   This previously never produced format provides the viewer the opportunity to experience a truly entertaining and comedic weekly hour of television, while the competitive aspect has winners returning to defend their title as they win prizes such as golf vacations, equipment and the like.

    The Pilot Episode, filmed live and unscripted in Glendale, Arizona in September, 2006 has found a cult-like following and the Weekenders' Official web site continues to grow by almost fifteen thousand viewers per day.  The Weekenders Golf Tour held a 3 share in its debut on network affiliate CBS-5 KPHO in Phoenix and promises to continue to deliver the ratings when the show returns to the airwaves Q4 with twelve new episodes, culminating with the champions of each show competing for a grand prize in a two hour/two part finale.

    With other programming in development, SZDT continues to rise into the forefront of unique and entertaining television programming.
